Fuzztales is run by Rachel and Xue'er, professional pet groomers who have been working in established salons.
We have dedicated our lives to provide unconditional love and care to pets.
This site was first started when we decided to make use of the wonders of the internet as a platform to rehome and create awareness for abandoned animals. It was sad to see people abandoning their pets, and to see strays wander the streets, and thus we were inspired to create a site to help them. We have always called themselves, 'their bridge to a better life', and will never turn a blind eye to the little critters who need help.
Whilst working in grooming salons, we realized that there was a certain group of customers who appreciated fine grooming skills, love and attention showered upon their pets. These customers did not like it when the schedule was tight in the crowded and inevitably dirty salons, with dogs barking and whining in their cages and with groomers quick on their feet to complete their job in the quickest time to keep customers from waiting too long.
These were also the customers who had second thought about placing their pets in Pet Farms/Hotels. Caged-up pets, dirty and cramped cages, tick/flea infestation are some of the many problems.
We decided to address this problem, by providing home-based services for pets in a nice and pleasant environment. Where us groomers would have time to focus of every little detail, and where our furry customers have space to run around whilst waiting for their owners instead of being in dirty little crates. Grooming, Pet boarding and Day care will never have to be a horrible and traumatic experience ever again because your little ones will be showered with love and attention.
